On Tuesday 15th July, children took part in their annual sports day. Classes from across the school came together to compete against each other in a range of events including: the egg and spoon race, obstacle race, hurdles, shot put and relay race.

They worked in their houses (Attenborough, Malala, Farah and Hawking) to gather points to see who would be the overall winners. It was fantastic to see everybody working together, being active and having fun! Although all teams tried their best there could only be one winner so congratulations go to… Hawking House who won with 139 points closely followed by Malala with 119 points Farah with 114 points Attenborough with 108 points. A big thank you to everybody who helped to organise the event and to the children who showed such enthusiasm and sportsmanship throughout the day.
